Making Money Online [Video 2 of 3]

In the last video we talked about selected a product or service to sell.

Remember in order to make money online, we need to sell something.

Once you have a product or service to sell, you need a platform to sell it on. We’ll go into more details about this process a little later, but to quickly break it down.

You need a domain name, web hosting and either your shopping cart or sales letter to sell your product or service.

1. Domain Name

I like Namecheap, they’re much cheaper than GoDaddy and they have a clean platform. A domain name is your website address, such as sixfigureboss.com.

2. Web Hosting

Once you have a domain name, you need web hosting to how your website. I use HostGator, they’re cheap and a top rated web hosting company. If you go with these guys following my link and need help installing your website, let me know and I’ll help you out.

 
Than you need your website content, whether that’s a shopping cart or a sales letter. I prefer CS-Cart for a shopping cart, they’re the best of the best. Or you can use WordPress and a shopping cart plugin if a shopping cart is what you need. If you’re going for the sale letter type website, a single page website that focuses just on selling one product than you can use something like Flexsqueeze or build your own customer website with HTML.

I’ll break down this process a little later, that’s it for the quick overview.
